SearchCP in Hong Kong Central is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join a discreet strategic private office and boutique advisory firm. The role offers mentorship under industry leaders and exposure to complex multi-jurisdictional matters.

You will support high-stakes recoveries, conduct financial analysis, and deliver executive-level findings under tight timelines, working closely with senior advisors and the founding partner.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting, or transaction advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline; CA/CPA/CFA highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to translate complex findings to executives.
• Discretion, common sense, and high emotional intelligence when handling sensitive client files.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and strategic support across a diverse portfolio of engagements.
• Work with senior advisors and the founding partner to analyze dense financial data and draft executive findings.
• Assist with financial statement analysis, valuation support, and data gathering for investigations.
• Produce high-quality reports, board presentations, and formal correspondence with precision.
• Research industry trends, regulatory shifts, and macroeconomic factors affecting client files.
• Support high-stakes litigation, funding claims, and expert evidence assignments.
