Job summary

SPTel Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Fibre Installation Support role to assist with patching at customer premises, substa tions, and data centres. You will help install, test, and commission subscribed services under supervision.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in fibre installation or network support, basic WAN/LAN, and a willingness to work outdoors as well as indoors. Strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years of fibre installation or network support experience.
• Basic understanding of WAN/LAN and TCP/IP networking.
• Familiarity with fibre infrastructure and in-building telco facilities is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to handle tasks under time constraints.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
