The position requires strong quantitative skills, experience in structured rates, and the ability to collaborate with global Sales, Research, and Structuring teams.

Qualifications

• Economics, Finance and mathematical understanding at an undergraduate level.
• Experience in trading structured interest rate products.
• Strong technical skills using tools to analyse data, develop and drive own models.

Responsibilities

• Work to implement the strategy of the desk for profitable trading at acceptable risk.
• Achieving assigned full year budget as per annual P3.
• Provide accurate and timely pricing for interest rates derivatives to meet client needs.
• Transact trades to hedge risk and to generate revenue by leveraging market flows.
• Expand product offering through testing and implementation of new trading models.
• Manage portfolio risk within GMR limits and obtain approvals where necessary.
