Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling over office expenditure payments and control budget not to be exceeded.
• Assist in preparing monthly expense analysis report to management to help control and monitor the utilization of expense budget.
• Check and prepare payment certificates and process expense payments in systems.
• Assign expense account code and branch code on each invoice to ensure that the expense payment be allocated correctly to the right cost unit.
• Manage the proper keeping of accounting data and maintain historical expense payment data for analysis and planning.
• Explore new control features to be built into the expense payment system to ensure its operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare the Adjustment of Profit & Loss Accruals and input into the Accounting System.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
