Job summary

You will collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to review, manage, and verify construction drawings, technical detailing, and comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision.
• Registered Architect and HKIA member or equivalent.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, MS Project, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of regulations, land administration, and local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design, production and presentation work for residential and mixed-use projects.
• Review, manage, and verify construction drawings, technical detailing, and project documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary external teams including lead architects and main contractors.
• Monitor project budget, manage variations, and resolve site conflicts to mitigate delays.
