Job summary

Agoda Finance is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve Accounts Receivable operations in a global, fast-moving environment. You will lead core AR and revenue-related operations, shaping strategy, controls, reporting, and transformation Roadmap for scalable finance functions.

Strong partnership across teams and data-driven decisions are essential. You’ll Drive end-to-end receivables processes, oversee close activities, and partner with Product, Technology, and Supply to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA/CFA) is a plus.
• 8–12 years in finance operations, AR or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR operations and revenue-related activities ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Define AR operating strategy aligned with growth, cash flow, and risk management.
• Own end-to-end receivables processes: invoicing, aging, dispute resolution, and bad debt governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve receivables recovery and process effectiveness.
• Oversee AR performance reporting, including DSO, CEI, and aging metrics.
• Drive finance transformation, standardization, and automation in AR scope.
• Mentor and develop AR teams across billing, receivables, and collections.
