Job summary

Canonical is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the growing Finance team. You will ensure accuracy of AR ledgers, process invoices, register payments, handling queries efficiently, and maintaining compliance with processes.

Based remotely in the EMEA region, you will report to the Global Controller and have opportunities for education support, a performance-driven bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Exceptional education achievements in Accounting/Finance.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organization and deadline skills.
• Great communication skills with customers.
• Experience using an enterprise level accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of AR ledgers and reconciliation of accounts.
• Process customer invoices and enter into accounting systems; maintain files.
• Register customer payments and handle queries efficiently.
• Ensure payments are received in line with contractual terms.
• Support month-end processes: bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
