Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced accounting professional based in Hong Kong. In this role, you will oversee Accounts Receivable functions, prepare reports, and assist in month-end closing activities while ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in ERP software like SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in ERP accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including weekly reports.
• Assist Customer Service with timely and accurate invoicing.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
