Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is supporting a globally recognized luxury brand in Hong Kong with an AR-focused accounting role. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end accounts receivable, handle inter-company settlements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across entities.

This hands-on position requires Cantonese and English fluency, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and a keen interest in retail finance. Immediate start preferred with a friendly team and exposure to SAP.

Qualifications

• Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation and settlement across entities.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments via email.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reporting; support ad hoc finance projects and audits as required.

Our client is an international luxury retail firm and has a strong presence across the globe. They are currently looking for an additional support to their accounting & finance team.

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• accounting experience
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in accounting ERP System (such as Oracle / SAP) is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage
