Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Equities Middle Office Application Support professional in Hong Kong. The role partners with multiple technology teams to ensure proper integration, defines system enhancements, analyzes existing logic, and resolves production incidents with preventative measures.

The candidate will work closely with Middle Office and Operations teams, document impacts, and escalate risks with transparency while supporting weekend rotations as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Middle office application support.
• Trade floor support experience is mandatory.
• Understanding of APAC Exchange and settlement workflows.
• Work closely with Middle Office and Operations teams to address settlement/client inquiries.
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions.
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements and analyze existing logic.
• Drive production incident resolution and implement preventative measures.
• Document system impacts and support requirements with Product Owners/Analysts.
• Assess risk when changes are made and escalate control issues with transparency.
• Participate in weekend support rotation.
