Citi in Hong Kong is hiring a senior manager to lead the Equities Delta One Middle Office. You’ll supervise 4-6 team members and own trade support, controls and lifecycle management for Equity Swaps and related products.

We’re seeking a finance professional with 8–10 years in Middle Office or Prime Brokerage Operations, strong risk awareness, client service mindset and proven leadership to drive process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• 8–10 years in Middle Office or related role with managerial experience.
• Deep knowledge of Cash Equity and Equity Swaps and full trade lifecycle.
• Proven client service and communication skills with ability to lead meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Front-to-Back reconciliations on Stock Hedge, Equity Swap, Pnote, FX, ETF, Convertibles
• Trade capture and exception management across outages and setup issues
• Collaboration with Asset Servicing on Corporate Action processing
• Give-In and Cross on Swap processing across APAC markets
• Full trade lifecycle management on Equity Swap from MTM to settlement
