Responsibilities

• To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs
• To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables
• Participating in development and testing activities, and perform support & maintenance activities
• Collaborating with external parties to complete the project on time and within budget
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Work closely with business analysts, vendors and collaborate with other functional teams on system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting activities

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5+ years of solid experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API, JMS, Web service, Websphere, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Python, shell scripts, COBOL, CICS, JCL is preferred
• Experience in Corporate Banking, RMB Business, International and Local Payment systems, Payment Collection, Custody, Corporate Trust and Agency Business, Corporate Cash Management Products, Financial Markets, Murex, Treasury and Money Market are highly preferred
• Familiar with system development life cycle, testing and quality assurance process, agile development or transformation to Microservice is an advantage
• Strong analytical skill, system design experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Self‑motivated, willing to work in a competent, challenging and team‑work environment
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
