Job summary

STYLEVANA, a Hong Kong-based cross-border beauty retailer, is seeking an App Product Manager to own the roadmap, release cadence and end-to-end shopping experience for the mobile app. You will be the single accountable owner coordinating internal tech, external vendors, design and merchandising, driving adoption and multi-market readiness across currencies and regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital or app product management.
• Hands-on ownership of a consumer-facing mobile app through launch and iteration.
• Experience running release cycles with internal technology teams and external development vendors.
• Working knowledge of app analytics and event tracking (GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer).
• Comfortable owning a backlog, prioritising against commercial input, and holding a delivery timeline.
• Strong written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
• Cross-border ecommerce experience is a plus.
• App store optimisation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the app product roadmap and release cadence for the mobile app across markets.
• Act as the single accountable owner across internal tech, external vendors, design and merchandising.
• Deliver end-to-end app experiences from onboarding to checkout and post-purchase.
• Oversee app merchandising surfaces, campaigns and publishing calendars.
• Ensure technical performance, store compliance and ASO.
• Define and own app event-tracking specifications to feed the central data.
• Drive adoption, activation and migration of web customers to the app.
• Ensure multi-market readiness with multi-currency displays and duties/shipping clarity.
