Job summary

Michael Page is representing a leading Asian retail organization in Hong Kong. We are seeking a Senior API & Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain APIs and integration services across enterprise applications in a hybrid environment.

You will implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production integrations, and collaborate with solution architects to define patterns and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python development in enterprise environments.
• Solid JavaScript development skills.
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience designing and implementing system-to-system integrations.
• Strong understanding of API management, API gateways, or integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with source control and automated deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
