Job summary

Ashford Benjamin is seeking a Compliance Advisor to provide comprehensive compliance coverage to equities business across the APAC region, with a focus on APAC Equities. Based in Hong Kong, you will oversee the APAC compliance program and advise on regulatory updates.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of markets or investment compliance experience within APAC, with familiarity in electronic trading considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in markets compliance or investment compliance covering APAC business.
• Familiar with APAC Equities business.
• Experience in electronic trading would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive compliance coverage to equities business across the APAC region.
• Oversee the APAC compliance program and advise on regulatory updates.
• Manage compliance incidents and breaches.
• Review new business and product initiatives.
• Implement relevant compliance policies and procedures.
