Job summary

Ashford Benjamin is seeking a Compliance Generalist in Hong Kong to drive core, regulatory, and trade compliance controls for the APAC business. You will interpret and implement APAC regulatory changes, provide front-office trade advisory, and conduct product due diligence.

The role also covers regulatory reporting, control room oversight, and daily compliance operations including SFC licensing, PAD, and G&E, advancing APAC trade surveillance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience within hedge funds, prop trading, investment banks or asset management.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
