You will build robust data pipelines, establish the 'Single Source of Truth', and craft interactive 'Tower Control' dashboards that empower executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related field.
• Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese/French a plus.
• 5–7 years of analytics experience, including 3–4 in analytical operations.

Responsibilities

• Audit and inventory metrics to define the 'Single Source of Truth' within 90 days.
• Translate operational needs into formal requirements across CGS departments (Quality, Packaging, CSR, Costing).
• Collaborate on automated data pipelines to reduce manual extraction time by 50% within 9 months.
• Implement automated data quality controls to reach 98% data accuracy within 1 year.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and deliver quarterly data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Design and deploy interactive 'Tower Control' dashboards for real-time decisions within 6 months.
• Present data-driven recommendations to GS teams monthly.
