- Data Analysis & Exploration: Analyze and optimize complex datasets (Quality, Packaging, CSR, and Costing) to identify trends, delivering at least 4 actionable, data-driven process optimization recommendations quarterly that demonstrably mitigate operational risks.
- Data Visualization (Tower Control): Design, build, and deploy interactive Quality "Tower Control" dashboards using an Agile approach, achieving a minimum of 4 out of 5 user satisfaction rate among target stakeholders for real-time decision-making within the first 6 months.
- Strategic Communication: Present and track data-driven recommendations to GS teams on a monthly basis, acting as the bridge between raw data and operational execution to ensure 100% of operational and executive KPIs are accurately communicated and actionable.
