Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a senior AML technology leader to champion our cross-border financial crime platforms, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and case management workflows.

You will refine system parameters, oversee governance, and drive end-to-end upgrades in a dynamic banking environment with a strong focus on data integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 6–8 years in AML compliance technology or financial crime operations.
• At least 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience delivering AML technology implementations in banking.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• CAMS certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product champion for AML technology suites (transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations).
• Refine AML system parameters, rule logic, and alert thresholds for peak efficiency.
• Perform health checks on AML engines to improve precision and reduce backlogs.
• Ensure governance, audit trails, data lineage, and validation protocols.
