EZVALO (HK) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Amazon operations leader to develop and execute the strategy across Amazon stores in Hong Kong Island. You will lead the operations team, optimize PPC campaigns and ACOS, and ensure product listings and brand stores drive growth.

The role requires hands-on Amazon experience, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver targets under pressure, with on-site work in Hong Kong.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on Amazon experience, including at least 1 year of team leadership.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling Amazon products, with PPC, FBA, and compliance knowledge.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with leadership and communication skills; able to deliver targets under pressure.
• Hong Kong working rights; on-site in Hong Kong Island.

Responsabilidades

• Develop overall operation strategy for Amazon stores including product selection, pricing, promotion and inventory planning to hit sales and profit KPIs.
• Lead and manage the Amazon operation team; assign tasks, coach team members and review performance.
• Oversee PPC advertising strategy, budget allocation and ACOS control for all stores.
• Monitor account health, compliance risk, review risk and policy updates; build risk control system.
• Conduct market and competitor research; identify new product opportunities and launch new items with supply chain and design team.
• Build data report dashboard; track sales, traffic and profit; report business performance to management.
• Optimize listing, A+ content and brand store for brand building.
