Job summary

Hong Kong First Idea E-commerce Limited is seeking a hands-on Senior Amazon Operations Specialist to own store performance across US, Europe, and South Korea, including listings, ads, and inventory. You will drive launches, optimize listings, and manage all aspects of account health while coordinating with product, supply chain, and design teams in Shenzhen and Wuhan.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon experience, strong data skills, and ability to lead cross-site operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related discipline
• 3-5 years hands-on Amazon seller operations experience, with 1 year in a senior/leadership role
• Verifiable success cases on Top 20 products or USD 100,000+ monthly sales (US/Europe)
• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads backend, and a product research/data analysis tool
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; dashboards experience preferred
• Experience multi-site operations (US/Europe/South Korea)
• Commercial mindset with data literacy; own GMV, gross margin, ROI metrics
• Good English writing and conversation; Mandarin preferred; Cantonese a plus
• Legally able to work in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon store operations for assigned categories, including Listings and optimization
• Plan and execute new product launches with keyword research and reviews setup
• Drive organic traffic and improve conversion rate
• Plan, deploy, and optimize Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display)
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
• Build weekly/monthly dashboards tracking traffic, conversions, ads efficiency, sales, GMV
• Lead new site setup and launches (CA/UK/DE/FR/IT/ES/JP/AU) and localization
• Coordinate localization: language, pricing, VAT/EPR, product compliance
• Manage FBA replenishment planning and inventory health
• Align launches with supply chain and production
• Monitor account health metrics and handle policy issues
• Track policy updates and translate into action plans
• Document SOPs, operations manuals, and ad structures; share with HK/Shenzhen/Wuhan teams
