Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking an experienced actuarial systems change leader in Hong Kong. You will govern and execute IFRS17 and related actuarial system changes, while partnering with stakeholders to meet data, technology, and process needs across business units.

The role requires extensive experience in life insurance, strong Prophet expertise, and hands-on governance of model risk and production issues, with leadership responsibilities across LBUs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in life insurance industry.
• 8 years of management experience.
• Strong skills in Prophet, Excel, Alteryx, Python, Power BI or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Govern, manage and execute actuarial system change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data, tech, process needs.
• Align model risk policy and support governance committee.
• Manage model production and issue resolution with IT teams.
• Train Prophet experts across LBUs.
