Job summary

Aviation Indeed™️ is seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to plan, lead and supervise line maintenance activities. You will inspect, troubleshoot defects, and certify maintenance while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards and SOPs.

You will plan and lead maintenance checks, analyze procedures, coordinate with departments, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold HKCAD/EASA/DCAM/CAAS/CASA licenses and endorsements.
• Minimum 8 years in aircraft line maintenance, including servicing, inspections, defects, repair and certification.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a line maintenance environment.
• Strong communication skills with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks.
• Identify and rectify problems and defects.
• Analyze and interpret technical procedures, diagrams, manuals and publications.
• Coordinate with departments to accomplish maintenance work.
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with customers.
• Manage staff performance and attendance; provide training to ensure service quality.
• Any other duties as assigned.
