Job summary

TAG Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Aircraft Engineer in Hong Kong to manage mechanical and avionics maintenance for Gulfstream aircraft. You will ensure safe, compliant operation, maximize aircraft availability, and work closely with clients and team members in a 24/7 operation.

The role requires an EASA B1 or FAA A&P license with G550/650/700 type rating, extensive Gulfstream experience, and strong capability in CAMO activities and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Must hold an EASA B1 or FAA A&P license with G550/650/700 type rating/training and substantial hands-on experience on the type.
• Business aviation experience is essential.
• Continuing Airworthiness Management experience is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years’ hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience maintaining G550/650/700.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of mechanical and avionics maintenance, primarily line maintenance activities.
• CAMO activities.
• Coordinate and supervise required maintenance with vendors.
• Financial oversight and monitoring of aircraft maintenance.
• Occasionally fly on board to provide outstation / remote support as required.
• Additional duties as directed by TAG Aviation Asia Head of Technical and CEO.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team at TAG Aviation, Dedicated to a client account with Gulfstream aircraft experience.

You will be responsible for all of the technical related aspects of the TAA aircraft you are assigned to, to ensure safe and legal aircraft operation, and maximize the aircraft availability for the client.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with our clients and team members. You must also be able to work well under pressure and be flexible with your schedule, as our operations are 24/7.

Your duties will include:

• Carry out all aspects of mechanical and avionics maintenance, primarily line maintenance activities.

• CAMO Activities

• Coordination and supervision of the required maintenance with our vendors.

• Financial oversight and monitoring with respect to the maintenance of the aircraft.
• On occasion, fly on board the aircraft and provide outstation / remote support for the aircraft as required.

• Additional duties as directed by the TAG Aviation Asia Head of Technical and CEO.
