Job summary

Aviation Indeed™️ is seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to plan, lead and supervise line maintenance activities. You will inspect, troubleshoot defects, and certify maintenance while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards and SOPs.

You will plan and lead maintenance checks, analyze procedures, coordinate with departments, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold HKCAD/EASA/DCAM/CAAS/CASA licenses and endorsements.
• Minimum 8 years in aircraft line maintenance, including servicing, inspections, defects, repair and certification.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a line maintenance environment.
• Strong communication skills with staff and customers.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to plan, lead, and supervise aircraft line maintenance activities, including inspections, defect troubleshooting, rectification, and maintenance certification. The role will ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks
• Identify and rectify problems and defects
• Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications
• Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
• Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out lAW Manual and SOP's
• Any other duties as assigned

What You Need

• A valid HKCAD / EASA / DCAM / CAAS / CASA. Aircraft type endorsements (e.g., A320neo, A330, A350, B744, B748, B777)
• Relevant certifying experience
• A minimum of 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repair and rectification as well as maintenance certification
• Capable and confident to handle maintenance task with minimum of supervision and support in line environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
• Willing to perform shift duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
