OKX seeks an AI Native engineering platform product professional to lead planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for an enterprise-grade platform. You will drive AI Agents, coding collaboration, and knowledge accumulation while collaborating with product, design, engineering, QA, and operations teams.

You will translate workflows into structured product solutions and integrate AI capabilities with repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, and deployment environments, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/SE/AI or related field.
• Fresh graduates with stellar internships or relevant experiences considered.
• Software engineering/CS background to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Copilot is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Participate in product planning, requirement analysis and solution design of the AI Native engineering platform.
• Translate end-to-end engineering lifecycle and collaboration patterns into structured product solutions.
• Implement AI Agent capabilities for engineering scenarios including analysis, generation, and testing.
• Drive integration with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms and deployment environments.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation and continuous optimization.
