Job summary

Leadingnation in Tai Po, Hong Kong, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the full finance function within the Account Department, reporting to the Board.

The role emphasizes driving financial analysis, treasury management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, including taxation and audit coordination.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of accounting experience, a Higher Diploma in accounting or related field, and strong ERP proficiency; high attention to detail and ethics are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance regulations.
• Proficiency with modern ERP and accounting software (ERP-Tactics, PeachTree, etc.).
• High attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, strong ethical judgment, and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving new business initiatives and problem solving through provision of financial analysis with insight and recommendations from finance point of view.
• Financing and Government Funding
• Taxation & Manage the audit process and liaising with external auditor.
• Treasury Management
