Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Treasury Officer to oversee daily cash operations for selected HK retail stores, safeguard receipts, maintain cash records and complete reconciliations. You will process bank payments, coordinate banking administration, monitor corporate card repayments and staff advances, and prepare weekly cash-flow reports for overseas subsidiaries.

Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury, cash management, accounts payable or banking operations.
• Hands-on experience in payment processing, bank reconciliation and corporate banking transactions.
• Retail or multi-entity experience would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience such as SAP preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and accountability.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin would be an advantage.

• Monitor corporate credit-card repayments and staff advances, follow up on outstanding balances and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow and funding reports for overseas subsidiaries.
• Coordinate intercompany funding applications and related treasury activities.
• Handle incoming payment and receipt enquiries and perform the corresponding reconciliations.
• Review and maintain Accounts Payable supporting documents and assist with designated Head Office payment and monthly statement processes.
