Job summary

China Overseas Land & Investment Limited招聘財務總監/treasury專員等高階財務職位，負責日常企業 treasury 活動、銀行借貸、財務報表編制及稅務事宜，並可獨立完成全套賬務及季度結算工作。

職位要求在會計/金融相關領域具備博士學歷與5年以上大型企業treasury經驗，熟悉財務準則及法規，能以英文及中文良好溝通，具有銀行貸款、提款、償還及 covenant 監控的實務經驗。

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of treasury or financing experience from sizable companies, preferably in property development
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience in bank loan facilities, drawdowns, repayments and covenant monitoring
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good Chinese typing skills
