JD.COM in Hong Kong seeks a Treasury Business Partner to oversee board administration for treasury matters and to coordinate liquidity frameworks for Hong Kong and Macau. You will liaise with multiple business lines to tailor treasury solutions and support post-integration activities.
The role requires strong compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent English communication skills, with a commitment to at least 3 years in Hong Kong.
1. Board Administration for Hong Kong Treasury Management Affairs
Oversee the organization and coordination of board meetings pertaining to Hong Kong treasury matters, covering agenda drafting, pre-meeting document preparation, follow-up on board resolutions and management of meeting minutes. Scope includes but is not limited to:
Conduct pre-loan strategic analysis and provide treasury-related decision-making support to directors; continuously monitor treasury status and ensure policy implementation; deliver post-loan management, re-decision support and ongoing treasury advisory services for the Board of Directors.
2. Treasury Solution Alignment for Hong Kong and Macau Regions
Act as the dedicated Treasury Business Partner (BP) serving all businesses in Hong Kong and Macau. Liaise with retail, logistics, product development and other business lines in Hong Kong, with key accountabilities as below:
Collect treasury demands from various business segments and tailor bespoke treasury solutions; design liquidity management frameworks for Hong Kong and Macau and track their implementation; coordinate internal capital resources to elevate the overall treasury operational efficiency across Hong Kong and Macau businesses.
3. Treasury Management for M&A Post-Integration in Hong Kong and Macau
Take overall charge of treasury management for post-acquisition integration projects within Hong Kong and Macau:
Design capital structures and formulate treasury management plans during post-acquisition consolidation; align and integrate the treasury systems of acquired subsidiaries with the Group’s centralized treasury framework; collaborate with the post-integration team to complete financial consolidation assessments and formulate corresponding plans from a capital perspective.
4. Liaison with Key Financial Institution Partners in Hong Kong
Manage cooperative relationships with major Hong Kong financial counterparts, including banks, insurers, payment service providers and regulatory authorities;
Handle daily communications with financial partners; prepare ad-hoc supporting documents to respond to inspections by financial institutions, regulators and tax authorities; undertake other ad-hoc one-off tasks related to Hong Kong and Macau treasury operations.
