Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned finance professional to support treasury, accounting, budgeting and reporting. You will prepare management reports, assist in forecasting, and contribute to month-end closings in a multinational hotel-related operation.

The role offers exposure to full-spectrum hotel accounting, with opportunities to lead a small team and drive process improvements, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance or accounting

Job description

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance or accounting
• Prepare management reports and annual accounts
• Assist in quarterly forecast and annual budget reporting
• Manage and maintain Transfer Pricing Tracking and Calculations
• Conduct cost analysis and inventory accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP)
• Conduct review, analysis and assessment on credit applications
• Preparation of credit review and assessment report
• Monitor the progress of credit applications, and adhere to the agreed schedule
• 2 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in retail or F&B industry
• HKICPA / ACCA student, member, or equivalent preferred
• Gain exposure to full-spectrum hotel accounting operations
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Head office of a renowned multinational conglomerate
• Compile and prepare various schedules and reports to support financial analysis
• Assist in consolidating reports for presentation or documentation
• Lead a small team to manage daily accounting operations
• Experience in system enhancement is an advantage
• HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or related professional qualifications is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent qualification
• 5 years of relevant experience in multi-national, listed, sizable organization
• Drive new treasury product development, pricing, and launch.
• Deliver timely updates and tailor product solutions for clients.
• Enhance system efficiency, compliance, and operational flows.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting or audit experience
