Job summary

Carry1st, a fast-growing commerce platform, is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle as Carry1st expands its payment tech beyond gaming into consumer digital and direct-to-consumer verticals. You will build pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, tailor solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining relationships post-close with implementation and renewal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software, cross-border infrastructure, or strategic FinTech sales.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in growth-stage environments taking strategy to market.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process from pipeline to close with global expansion.
• Translate strategy into target accounts and outreach plans.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across target industries.
• Demonstrate value, address questions, and tailor solutions.
• Validate buyer needs and expand into emerging markets.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast outcomes.
• Nurture post-close relationships through implementation and renewal.
• Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams for effective solutions.
• Extract learnings to improve sales playbooks.
