Man Lok Yuen Food Trading Limited seeks a driven sales professional to drive business growth in high-value F&B segments such as hotels, airlines, and large-chain groups. You will own KPIs, manage key accounts, and mentor junior team members, while identifying new opportunities and preparing compelling proposals.
The role requires 3–5 years in F&B sales or key account management, strong English and Cantonese, and a 5-day work week with competitive salary and staff benefits.
This role plays a key part in driving business growth within key high-value segments, including hotels, airlines, and large-chain F&B groups. You will own and exceed assigned KPIs, build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and mentor junior sales team members.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed assigned KPIs, including revenue targets, sales volume, and customer turnover within key accounts
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the hotel, airline, and large-chain F&B sectors
Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand account portfolio
Conduct sales and market analysis, formulate account strategies, and prepare compelling business proposals and pitch presentations for key decision-makers
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations, track performance metrics, identify market trends, and deliver regular performance reports to management
Mentor junior sales team members and ensure full compliance with internal sales processes and standards
About you
Tertiary education or above
3–5 years of solid experience in F&B sales, key account management, or related industries
Experience servicing hotels, airlines, or major F&B groups is highly advantageous
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent command of spoken and written English, and fluent Cantonese
Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and self-motivation with a dynamic, flexible mindset
5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 09:00 – 18:00)
