Job summary

Meology in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our digital marketing team. You’ll drive strategy from ideation to execution, own reporting and KPIs, and coordinate with clients and internal teams on campaigns from concept through delivery.

You’ll manage social media content, calendars, and dashboards, build strong client relationships, and translate data learnings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in account service for advertising, media, or marketing.
• Operational knowledge of Facebook and Instagram (YouTube/LinkedIn a plus).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to think strategically and deliver results.
• Able to identify client needs and map to digital solutions.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

About the role

As a Senior Account Executive at Meology, you’ll be a part of a team that manages our latest portfolio of brands. You’ll drive the digital marketing strategy from ideation to execution and own the reporting and KPIs of your campaigns. What you’ll be taking care of:

• Provide digital marketing solutions to clients, driving the full process from idea generation, execution, to evaluation
• Serve as the guardian to our clients’ social media pages, being in-charge of the content strategy, content calendar, community management, ad placement & optimization and so forth
• Prepare reports and dashboards to derive meaningful learnings from data, and translate learnings into actions
• Work closely with clients and internal teams on digital projects & campaigns, including but not limited to video production, KOL outreach, website & AR development, etc.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2-3 years of account service experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing or related disciplines, preferably on projects with digital solutions
• Have operational knowledge on how to manage key social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram (YouTube and Linkedin would be optional)
• Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds
• Willingness to think big but at the same time be practical and get things done
• Ability to identify clients’ needs and match them with our digital solutions
• A strong communicator and a team player
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
