Job summary

Meology is a creative agency that specialises in brand building, content production and social listening. The Account Director will lead a team and act as the primary liaison between the agency and a portfolio of key clients to drive growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

You’ll manage client relationships, oversee digital campaigns from idea to evaluation, coordinate content strategy across platforms, and foster opportunities with partners and vendors to achieve measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account service experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 4+ years in people management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital marketing solutions to clients, driving the full process from idea generation to execution and evaluation.
• Serve as the guardian to our clients' social media pages, being in-charge of the content strategy, content calendar, community management, ad placement & optimization to ensure business objectives are met.
• Oversee and review all work from the agency to ensure they are in the highest possible quality.
• Act as the key facilitator with clients and internal teams on digital projects, campaigns, and experiments of all kinds.
• Maintain close contact with key clients, partners, and vendors to foster win-win relationships.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, the Account Director will lead a team and act as the key personnel that connects the agency with a portfolio of key clients. You’ll be the champion to drive various initiatives and ensure the highest quality of work delivered to our clients. What you'll be taking care of:

• Provide digital marketing solutions to clients, driving the full process from idea generation to execution and evaluation
• Serve as the guardian to our clients' social media pages, being in-charge of the content strategy, content calendar, community management, ad placement & optimization to ensure business objectives are met
• Oversee and review all work from the agency to ensure they are in the highest possible quality
• Act as the key facilitator with clients and internal teams on digital projects, campaigns, and experiments of all kinds

What you'll bring to the table:

• 8+ years of account service experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing or related disciplines, with at least 4+ years managing people
• Have operational knowledge on how to manage key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads (YouTube and LinkedIn would be optional)
• Have technical knowledge on how social ad & optimization works. Knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager would be a plus
• Proactiveness in getting things done, creating growth opportunities, and managing key stakeholders
• Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds
• Ability to identify clients' needs and match them with our digital solutions
• A strong communicator and a team player
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
