Job summary

The Bytes Digital Limited is seeking an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will support account managers, manage clients’ social media content, and coordinate with internal teams in a flat, startup environment.

You will gain frontline experience with personalised social media training and opportunities to work on campaigns across government and commercial brands. Fluency in Cantonese and strong English communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome for AE
• Agency experience in Account Servicing preferred; government/events experience a plus
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, WeChat, XHS, SEO and AI tools is a huge plus
• Genuine interest in social media trends and engaging different audiences
• Well-organised, detail-minded and able to work under tight deadlines
• Team player with good communication and a positive attitude
• Fluent Cantonese; English spoken/written preferred

Responsibilities

We are now serving clients across commercial brands and Government B/Ds, and we are looking for someone with a creative and adventurous mind. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Social Media, eager to learn, and keen to grow under a Laissez Faire style leadership with personalised social media training.

Job Description

• Work alongside our young and brilliant social media team and support the Account Managers in daily account servicing
• Gain frontline experience and personalised training in Social Media Marketing
• Assist in managing clients' social media platforms, including content scheduling and community management
• Handle day-to-day communication with clients and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
• Contribute ideas for campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and more
• Prepare Social Media Reports with analytics and insights
• Assist with Digital Ad placement and performance monitoring
• Coordinate with external parties like KOLs, production houses, etc.

Major Requirements

• – Holds a degree or higher diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or an equivalent field;
• – 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome for the AE position, while candidates with 2+ years of agency experience will be considered for the Senior AE position;
• – Agency experience in Account Servicing is preferred; experience in Larger Events, Government Projects or Mascot Projects is a plus;
• – Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, WeChat, XHS, SEO, and AI tools is a huge plus;
• – Genuine interest in social media trends and an understanding of what engages different target audiences;
• – Well‑organised, detail‑minded, and able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work;
• – A team player with good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude;
• – Fluent Cantonese is required, and proficiency in spoken and written English is preferred.
