Job summary

Meology is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join a fast-paced digital marketing team in Hong Kong. You will drive the strategy from ideation to execution, own reporting, and KPIs for campaigns, and be the trusted guardian of our clients’ social media presence.

You will manage campaigns across social channels, produce reports, and work closely with internal teams on video production, KOL outreach, and website/AR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account service experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Operational knowledge of major social platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients at all levels.
• Willingness to think big, stay practical, and deliver results.
• Ability to identify client needs and match them with digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital marketing solutions from ideation to execution and evaluate outcomes.
• Oversee client social media pages, including content strategy, calendars, community management, and ad optimization.
• Prepare reports and dashboards, translating data learnings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on projects including video production, KOL outreach, and website/AR development.
