Job summary

A construction recruitment agency in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced ABWF (A&A) Project Manager to lead all aspects of ABWF and A&A works on a project, including initial design, procurement, and construction. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong site management skills, and a degree in construction management or a related field. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required. Candidates with lesser experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant ABWF fit out and/or A&A works experience.
• Good financial and contractual knowledge in dealing with contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the ABWF and/or A&A works on the project.
• Manage and coordinate preconstruction and design development activities.
• Ensure project is delivered safely and to the required quality.

Skills

Strong site management experience

Good understanding of local Building Regulations

Proficient in Cantonese and English

Education

Degree in Construction management or related engineering discipline
