Job summary

Dragages Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to plan and execute facilities improvement projects, including high-end renovation and office fitting-out, across multiple sites in Hong Kong. You will oversee design and quality compliance and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a solid background in building projects, deep knowledge of local regulations and safety standards, and a proven track record managing complex renovations from concept to handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant site experience in construction.
• Strong track record in high-end renovation and fitting-out project management.
• Solid understanding of local building regulations, safety requirements and workplace standards.
