Job summary

ASMPT in Hong Kong is seeking a results-oriented Sales Support Engineer to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, and to coordinate system requirements with customers and internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 3 years in semiconductor sales support, and Mandarin fluency with English as an advantage.

Frequent travel to mainland China is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Coordinate system requirements and technical specifications with customers and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and their applications in target markets.
• Coordinate sample builds and customer product qualification activities with stakeholders.
• Support order management and monitor on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.
