Job summary

Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to oversee CCTV, access control, and safety programs across multiple sites in Hong Kong. You will manage permissions, records, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

Applicants should have 5–8 years in safety and security, with hands-on CCTV and access-control expertise, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Security Management or a related discipline.
• Professional training in security or safety management.
• 5–8 years of safety and security experience.
• Experience managing multi-use car parks is required.
• Practical knowledge of CCTV systems, including operation, design and implementation.
• Proficiency in access-control software, card issuance, access-group configuration and report generation.
• Knowledge of local ordinances, first aid, fire safety and fire-suppression systems.
• Strong spoken and written English; Cantonese is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal, customer-service and stakeholder-management skills.
• Well-organised, able to prioritize tasks and manage several assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm and visitor management systems.
• Manage access permissions, ID cards, keys and security-system records.
• Review CCTV footage and coordinate system maintenance and repairs with vendors.
• Identify equipment faults or security concerns and elevate them promptly.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, fire drills, training and compliance activities.
• Support incident investigations, root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders and procurement records for security equipment.
• Assist with security staff rostering, leave administration, briefings, onboarding and training.
• Help develop and implement security SOPs and workplace safety initiatives.
• Work closely with school stakeholders, contractors and vendors to address security requirements.
• Stay informed of relevant Hong Kong safety regulations, legal requirements and industry practices.
