Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong seeks a Security Officer to safeguard hotel assets and assist daily security operations across the department. You will conduct access control, patrols and respond to emergencies following standard safety procedures, while presenting a professional image for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hotel or security, hold a valid HK Security Personnel Permit, and communicate well in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel or security.
• Valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit holder.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

About The Role

As a Security Officer, you will be safeguarding hotel assets and assisting with the daily operations of the Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for access control and patrols.
• Response to emergency events according to standard safety procedures.
• Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image; maintain Hotel security, protect safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors and employees.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry.
