Job summary

JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard hotel assets and support daily security operations at our Sai Wan property. The role covers access control, patrols, and responding to emergencies in line with safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of security or hotel experience, holds a valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit, and communicates well in English and Chinese. Seniority may be considered for more experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel or security industry.
• Valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit holder.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for access control and patrols.
• Response to emergency events according to standard safety procedures.
• Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image; maintain hotel security, protect safety and assets of all hotel guests, visitors and employees.

About the Role

As aSecurity Officer / Senior Security Officer, you will be safeguarding hotel assets and assisting with the daily operations of the Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for access control and patrols.
• Response to emergency events according to standard safety procedures.
• Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image; maintain Hotel security, protect safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors and employees.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Candidate with more years of experience would be considered as Senior Security Officer.

About You

At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry.

Valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit holder.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
