Qualifications

Must hold or obtain SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 Licence before probation.
Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide professional responses to securities inquiries.
Assist with account opening, fund transfers, and app operation guidance.
Accurately answer questions regarding account status and product features; handle complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Identify client profiles and investment needs to communicate the value of Futu’s products.
Assist the Branch Manager with daily store tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.
