Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM deployment in secure environments.
• Strong knowledge of NLP technologies, including speech recognition, machine translation, text summarization, and chatbot development.
• Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and handling confidential or regulated data.
• Proficiency in Python and common AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy secure, on-premise AI solutions to support internal business operations while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Design and maintain speech-to-text transcription systems with automated summarization capabilities for confidential audio records.
• Fine-tune and optimize custom AI models, including translation and conversational AI applications, using domain-specific datasets.
• Build and enhance AI pipelines by integrating technologies such as keyword extraction, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large language models.
• Process and structure sensitive business data to generate high-quality training datasets and improve chatbot performance and accuracy.
