Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced AI/ML Software Engineer in Hong Kong to build and scale production-grade AI solutions. You will contribute to Python/SQL-based data analysis, define frameworks, and help shape bank-wide data assets.

You will deploy LLM-powered apps, optimize infrastructure, and drive adoption of an in-house AI platform. A strong background in finance systems and 8+ years of software development is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solid software development experience.
• Experience with Python, SQL and ML libraries.
• Familiar with financial/trading systems is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Experience deploying AI models and production-grade apps.

• Develop and maintain framework/standards
• Provide data analysis to support business development
• Participate in establishing a bank-wide data asset platform
• Manage the record tracing on data process and application
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of the in-house AI platform where impactful
