Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead secure, on-premise model development for internal operations. You will fine-tune and deploy LLMs, build NLP pipelines including translation, summarization and chatbot capabilities, and work with RAG and vector databases to handle sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM deployment in secure environments.
• Strong knowledge of NLP technologies, including speech recognition, machine translation, text summarization, and chatbot development.
• Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and handling confidential or regulated data.
• Proficiency in Python and common AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
