Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in conducting in-depth analyses of global securities and FX margin trading operations to proactively identify and recommend service optimization strategies
• Plan, formulate, and evaluate the effectiveness of annual business plan, proposing actionable improvements to achieve departmental annual revenue targets
• Assist in developing business processes, monitoring measures, and revising regulatory documentation and compliance policies
• Raise system enhancement requirements and conduct related user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Manage daily team operations, including staff allocation, shift scheduling, and task supervision

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within financial institutions
• University degree or equivalent qualification at Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF) Level 5 or above
• Holder of SFO licenses for Regulated Activities Type 1 and 4 preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
