Job summary

Hong Kong Parkview is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead a 4-person pastry team and ensure top-quality pastry production for restaurants and large-scale events. The role involves budget support, inventory control, and maintaining high standards in food safety and presentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in an international hotel environment, solid computer skills, and a certificate in F&B/hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Certificate in food and beverage / hospitality management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international class hotel.
• Computer knowledgeable.

Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

Lead the pastry team of 4 and assist to ensure the smooth operation of Pastry section.

Be responsible for the pastry supply for the restaurants and small to large scale banquet and buffet functions.

Requirements:

Candidates with less experience would be considered as the position of Assistant Pastry Chef.
