The Hong Kong Jockey Club in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to drive strategic planning, governance, and performance management for a major regional initiative. You will lead the development of business plans, KPI frameworks, and forecasting across multiple workstreams to align with objectives and ensure timely delivery.

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.
The Special Projects Department leads the Club’s integrated Greater China development strategy, consolidating cross-functional workstreams to build a cohesive, sustainable business model that supports the Club’s long-term growth and strategic ambitions in the region.
